Involved parties
At HJS Development, we believe that sustainable area development starts with collaboration. As coordinators of large-scale (energy) projects, we bring together diverse stakeholders: from landowners and municipalities to technical experts, ecologists, and landscape architects. This collaboration goes beyond project boundaries—we are involved for the long term, from initial exploration through to realization and management.
Long-term collaboration
Our projects are supported by a broad network of stakeholders. We work closely with local residents, governments, grid operators, and specialists. By aligning interests early on and taking concerns seriously, we build trust and create feasible plans. Many of our partners stay involved throughout the project and grow alongside its development.
Tailored solutions for each area
No location is the same. That’s why we assemble a project team tailored to the spatial, ecological, and social context. Together, we seek innovative solutions—for example, for grid connections or multifunctional land use. This way, we deliver customized results that go beyond energy production alone.
More than energy
Our area developments align with broader societal challenges: the energy transition, nature conservation, climate adaptation, and regional vitality. A solar park, for example, can also accommodate flower-rich field margins, walking trails, water storage, or low-intensity agriculture. This creates a win-win for people, landscape, and the environment.
Local participation
We believe that local communities should benefit from the projects we realize. That’s why we provide opportunities for participation wherever possible—such as financial involvement, local ownership, or the creation of a community fund. We also actively engage residents and stakeholders in the design process, ensuring that plans are truly supported and reflect local needs.
Building sustainable areas together
With our integrated and forward-looking approach, we develop not only sustainable energy, but also valuable spaces. Would you like to contribute, collaborate, or learn more about our approach? Feel free to contact us. We’d be happy to talk.
